Summer Shipping: During summer months (April 20 through October 20) The Cats Meow CBD must use special shipping methods for certain products in order to maintain quality standards. We ship our products via USPS Priority in non-refrigerated trucks.  As a result, certain products can melt or become damaged during summer shipments. Therefore, any packages containing certain products will be protected with insulated envelopes and ice packs via USPS Priority from our Texas location, which has a 2-3 day shipping time.

Outside of the summer months you will pay normal shipping. During the summer months, you'll see increased shipping costs to cover the process and careful handling of your products.  These costs are waived when you order over $50.

Overnight Option: If you live in an area where it's consistently hotter than 90F, we encourage you to choose expedited shipping at checkout.

Ship dates: During the summer months, orders placed after 3 p.m. Wednesday will go out Monday to ensure packages do not sit in USPS warehouses or trucks over the weekend.

Shipping address: We recommend that you ship your order to an address where someone will be available to accept your shipment. We are not responsible for packages left outside or in a hot mailbox after delivery where products may melt.  We encourage you to track the shipment and retrieve it as soon as it is delivered.

Disclaimer: While we will make every attempt to ensure your order arrives without melting, we make no guarantees. If you choose to place an order for anything that may melt through our store between April 20-October 20, or if the temperature in your region is above 70F, you do so at your own risk.


Refund Policy

We take customer satisfaction very seriously. Our CBD is independently lab tested and the highest quality ingredients are used to ensure we are providing superior products.

All shipments are carefully packed prior to shipping. Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged products must be made within 72 hours of receipt of your package. Please contact us and provide detailed information if your product was damaged during shipping.

By making a purchase you are demonstrating a clear understanding that we are selling these products as containing CBD (cannabidiol) from hemp oil. These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any disease. Always check with your physician before starting a new dietary supplement program.  If you purchase our products, you are purchasing them with the understanding of the present status of CBD (cannabidiol) products.
